Message: Absolutely Love your 'Wheels of Doom'! Quick Question: Would you consider building and shipping me a pair to South Africa? I am currently flying a Flexifoil Bullet 2.5, and I've been trying to find some decent wheels, but keep flying into proverbial brick walls. Gotta have a pair!!! And the Flexifoil land boards are just too darn expensive :( Have you ever considered going into production? I think there's a massive market out there. Thanks Louis

Message: I am a musher, and mostly train my dogs off-season using a bike. I have been looking around for all-terrain roller skates, for the sake of variety. I imagine my needs are similar to those of kite skaters, even though I cannot adjust speed the way kiters can (the dogs DO slow down when I tell them while at the same time applying the brake on the sled or on the bike, but not by voice command alone). I read an article once about a musher in Nome who did his off-season training with Crosskates. Has anybody heard of combining "Woom Wheel"-type skates with sled dogs?

Message: I'm always looking for new things to do with my kite, and your "Wheels of Doom" idea looks the bizness!! Unfortunatly where I live there just isn't the kind of terrain I see you flying on.. How do ure skates handle on grass? Do you find it easier to control than say a mountainboard?.. Anyway good luck, (and if you've got time give me a visit @, (Where I've added a link to your page) ;) EVilL

Message: I actually made some "Doom Wheels" of my own about four years ago,1997 but using ski boot bindings on almost identical rails and wheels. Unfortunately they were to long to turn properly but after seeing your creations they have come out of the garage been chopped and ski boots bolted on to make them as short as possible. Now i,m just waiting for the right conditions. Cheers Bob . Brilliant website, T T F N.

Message: Bob, You are THE most interesting person that I have ever met. You're a great friend and I wish you happiness & success in your coming opportunities. Do you remember when I was your ground crew in New York & in our rush to get you on the field before you were DQ'd, I tripped and broke your kite? I would have given up at that point, but not you. Everyone, including the judges, wanted to see you fly. So much that they gave you time to fix your kite. And that you did with the pieces I created and some super glue & electrical tape. Before my eyes & within five minutes, you & your kite were ready to perform. In retrospect, all I can do is quote Homer Simpson when he said: "DOOOH!" Love ya, Abel
